1. Course Enrollment
Course enrollment is considered confirmed once the applicable course fee has been successfully paid and access to the course or learning platform has been provided.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the digital nature of our online courses, access to video lessons, study materials, assessments and other digital learning resources may begin immediately after enrollment.
Once a student has accessed or started using the purchased course or digital learning resources, the course fee is generally non-refundable.
3. Before Course Access
If a refund request is made before the student has accessed the purchased course or its digital learning resources, The Vidya Education may consider the request on a case-by-case basis.
Any approved refund will be subject to applicable payment processing charges, if any.
4. Duplicate or Incorrect Payment
If a student accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same course, the student may contact us with the relevant transaction details.
After verification, an eligible duplicate payment may be refunded through the appropriate payment method, subject to applicable processing charges and verification requirements.
5. Technical Issues
If you are unable to access a purchased course because of a technical problem with our LMS, please contact us as soon as possible.
Our team will make reasonable efforts to resolve genuine technical issues and restore access to the purchased course.
Temporary technical problems or inability to access the course due to the student's device, internet connection, browser, software or other circumstances outside our control will not automatically qualify for a refund.
6. Incorrect Course Purchase
Students are advised to carefully review the course name, duration, contents and other details before completing payment.
Refunds or course transfers requested because a student selected the wrong course may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed after course access has been provided.

- Digital study materials
- Online tests, mock tests and assessments

The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the student's account may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution.

In exceptional circumstances, if The Vidya Education cancels a course before it is made available to the enrolled student, an appropriate alternative or refund may be considered.
